Missing Arcade Core MRA File?

I'm attempting to run Vampire Savior (Japanese) on my mister. The update_all.ini installed the European version and sequels, but not the Japanese version. is there a way to get my hands on this? I mostly relied on the script until now, but I want to include a game that seems to not be included in the script.
