Will this nuked core have full SG-1000/SC-3000 support since it's backward compatible with the Master System? What about Game Gear support?

Don't think so

Technically it isn't finished until it supports "SMS2/GG VDP extensions"

Various PAL games and Codemasters mapper games won't work without it.
