I have an IN WIN Chopin Pro case myself and I just popped out the the plugged part on the connector and lined it up according to the the connector labels. All the lights and buttons work perfect. You can just pop out the section with a paperclip to make the connector fit on the motherboard header.

Plus you can use something like this to connect USB 3.0 to USB headers on the motherboard.

Could just do it with some cheap jumper wires.

I do this as well if plug and connector don't match.
I use a needle to lift the inner plug "lockers" slightly.
Mostly I try to find a matching connector housing (eBa*, Ama**, ask a friend, old hardware).

From the Pinout it should work from my point of view (without warranty ).

Yeah, mine has a reset switch, that is the only thing different from the model case from the original post. Other than that, the layout for the pins is the same as mine. Glad I got my case when I did, they are hard to find in stock and for a reasonable price.
