About Correct VGA to BNC Cable

Hello!

I am currently searching for all the parts needed to create a mister setup to play retro games.

I got an Olympus OEV 203 monitor. So I am looking for the correct VGA to BNC cable to connect the mister directly to the monitor.

My first choice is a retro-access.com cable: https://retro-access.com/products/miste ... 8816348211. But they are currently not shipping to Mexico. The same for retrogamingcables.

So, I found this: https://www.extron.com/product/syvgamalefibncmaleca. That cable seems to be of good quality.

Does anyone know if that cable is a good option? Or can anyone recommend another good quality option?

Any help would be very appreciated.

Extron cables are very good, you can't go wrong with them! For your PVM, you'll just need the horizontal sync wire plugged in. Make sure composite_sync=1 is set in mister.ini

That retro access cable is stupidly overpriced, imo.

Hi does this cable from extron have the VGA pin 13 attenuated with a 470 Ohm resistor? Also I am very new to all of this. Do these cables need this or not. If they do why and if the do not why? I do not want to buy one of these cables with out the 470 Ohm resistor and damage my BVM. Thanks for all of your help in advance.
