Hey there, what core on MiSTer are you using? (Genesis, SNES, NeoGeo, etc.)? I don't know if you'll get a response on the main MiSTer GitHub but maybe I can point you in the right direction?

And yes, I just happened to play this last night (after the Irem rbf updated) and noticed the same issue.
I suggest reporting here if others can confirm the issue.

Yeah, this bug pretty much makes the game unplayable. I hope he fixes it. It's one of the most well known on the core.
Yes, ditto here.
Another one (weird background glitches) is Air Duel.
