I have a digital IO setup from Ultimate Mister FPGA with the USB hub which has the prong/fork sticking up and making contact with the de-10. I've noticed that the mister will sometimes not power the USB hub after a reboot from the IO board button. I can usually fix it by a combination of powering it off/on, unplugging the PSU from the IO board, or lightly squeezing the whole thing. Tightening or loosening the screws on the case can also affect it. Is the prong connection the issue? Has anyone else run into this?

Re: "prong" USB hub causing issues?
The connection is likely the issue, as I had this as well. Opening it up and repositioning the prong did it for me, but if you want absolute assurance you can always just solder it.
