Display glitching when changin or loading a new core

Unread post by Lapulid2 »

Every now and again the display glitches when I load or change a core. The OSD is perfectly fine; its just the display and the actual game that misbehaves if I manage to launch the rom. A cold reboot will almost always fix it. Just wondering if this is common or if I need to look into fixing a component. Thx.

I am pretty sure it is not too uncommon. I tend to get it every few core changes. I remember seeing it on some YT videos, too (Smokemonster? Owlnonymous?).

It's pretty normal I see it every so often, across all my DE10 Nano's. You are right from my experience a cold boot always fixes it.

Yep - I used to think it was heat-related, but not any longer. It's "normal".
