MT32-Pi Connection to OLED Screen and MiSTer (SDA and SCL Pins)

Hi everybody!!
I'm adding a Mt32-pi to my MiSter. No PI HAT, just going to use the GPIO pins for the oled screen and for the usb cable connection to the user port.
I've got the oled screen connected using GPIO 3 and 5 for SCL and SDA. The usb cable, connecting to the user port, will also need those pins. Is it possible to connect both the oled screen and the user port to those pins at the same time, without frying anything?
