Marble Madness Controls No Longer Work

Marble Madness used to control fine using my iBuffalo Classic USB Gamepad but it no longer works. Another friend of mine confirmed the same issue.
Can someone confirm if they have the same issue please and if so, is there an easy fix for this or do I need to adjust something in the settings?
FYI, I'm using the latest MiSTer unstable.

I just ran update_all and it removed marble madness.

Just run the script again. The first time the .mra files aren't downloaded. Happend here too.

I just ran update_all and it looks like the MRA files have been added back.
