How to Make Image of My SD Card (All 3 Partitions)?
The situation:
Have a 256gb SD card, with all games, settings, etc to mine liking. Made periodically a backup of the EX-fat partition (games settings, etc) to mine NAS.. I like to tinker with the N64 Core, and some other thing. But therefore I have to update the main, and use update all. I will also see some other updates (nuked cores), which I may or may not like. Haven't update mine mister for a while. I like to have an image file , and these have to contain all the info from the used SD card.. like ALL the partitions in onte image file.
I do not have a spare 265 gb sd card. But will buy one is necessary.
What did I try:
Search online in a lot of topics on forums, an take a look in the MISTer discord... But no success....
Using Balena Etcher , I can make a duplicate of mine SD card, but not an image file.
Using Win32 Disk imager I can make an image, but only from the EX-Fat partition. Not the other 2 partitions.
I know of DD on the Mac, but I tried to avoid it.
What do I have:
I have a windows 10 machine, a windows 11 machine, and a current 27" Mac. Have SD card to USB, and a common reader for SD cards.
Is there any way to get a complete image of mine SD card for backup reasons???
Help would be great!
