Neo Geo Not Working With Favorites/Gameslist Scripts
The Favorites and Gameslist scripts work great here except with Neo Geo. They don't seem to pick up those games and instead act like the folder is empty. Any way to fix that?

Have you rerun the organiser since you installed the NG?
I had to delete a file and run the search again when I recently added some SW to my MiSTer.
Not sure what you mean. How do I rerun the organizer?

The scripts you referenced here.
I've definitely run those scripts several times as I've tried to get this working. I remember there is a Generate Menu option in the gamesmenu dialog and I've also run that several times. Does Neo Geo work for you with gamesmenu?
Did you try deleting the 'organized' folder and running the scripts again?
I am guessing your NeoGeo roms are in zip format and if you unzip them they are something crom0, fpga, m1rom...?
I was using the zipped roms and the games wouldn't show in my menu but since I switched to .neo files all the games show.
My Neo Geo roms aren't zipped but each game is a folder with several files in each folder like you described. Is gamesmenu incompatible with that layout? I should find individual .neo files instead?
As far as I know you would want .neo files. I could definitely be wrong.
Sorry, I won’t be near my MiSTer for a few days to check it out.
Everything works great with .neo files.
Are game titles in the MiSTer menus always based on filenames? The .neo files I have use abbreviated filenames which are being used for the game titles.
My neo files all have full names. My previous set was abbreviated but (edited) I think I remember they showed full names in the menu, I could be remembering wrong. Do you have the xml files in your games/NEOGEO folder?
I just extracted Metal Slug 5 and renamed it to mslug5.neo and regenerated my menu. It does NOT show the full name. If I load the core the game does show correctly in the core menu.
