Metal Slug series

Just got my Mistercade. Disappointed the Metal Slug series isnt available? I am running arcade games only. Anyone have info to get these? Thanks!

It’s on the NEO GEO core.
Did you find it? Neo Geo is in the console folder not arcade. I know it was an arcade but it was also a home console (basically the same thing different form factor) and the arcade and console core are the same thing and it’s just a toggle in the settings to go between the two.
The default is the console version which I believe makes games run in a free play mode essentially.

If you don't have it you can check the usual archives.
I haven't used romweasel but it looks promising.

There's also these but you'll need to find the appropriate roms and put the rbf file in _Arcade/cores/ but the core is from early 2022

Personally I just run gamesmenu.sh (after getting and putting roms in proper folders) and link the generated Neo Geo folder into _Arcade

No NeoGeo games would be downloaded by Update_all. Its treated as a console core. If you are using the very out of date Blackwine core my advice it to stop, use the current core and load the games normally.
