Analog IO Board - buttons not working

Hi there!!
Suddenly, the User/OSD/Reset buttons on my analog IO board stopped working. No function at all.
Can anybody give me a hint on what to look at? I've got a multimeter around here, so where should I be looking at?
Thanks in advance!

I've recently had this happen as well, maybe in the last couple of months. I've checked the wiring and it all seems good. Gonna use the raw pins next.
Kinda feels like something has changed, whether it's on my DE10-nano or in the MiSTer code.
EDIT, ok in my case, as i had done the wiring myself, i had presumed GPIO-1 pins 10 and 12 were both ground on the DE-10 board. I had only connected the buttons to pin 12. Bridging them to pin 10 was the answer. Before making wiring changes, I would go and look at the old analog I/O board schematics to prove this for yourself, if you think it might be the problem.
(I do note that my buttons used to work fine, then all of a sudden stopped. Now they work again once i've added the bridge between ground and GPIO-1 pin 10. Weird, but ok...)
