Does my Saturn SNAC need level shifter?

I bought some pcbs based on this Saturn SNAC model:

Do I need/Is it recommended that I use a level shifter when using this pcb or it's fine without?

I believe you would indeed need one, I don't see one already on the board, and Saturn controllers use 5V.

Ok, thank you. One other thing, "SNAC" is not available under the Saturn core settings? There are: Wheel, Mission Stick, 3D Pad, Dual Mission and Digital.

This is the controller I use.
