downloader_pc_launcher seems not download all roms

Hi, I am a new Mister user and I am just following youtube tutorial to download roms on PC using the downloader_pc_launcher.py script and a downloader.ini. However, it seems that the script is not able to download all roms although from the terminal's out put it is downloaded:

Here the script showed that it downloaded several zip files in games/mame but actually the mame directory is empty:

I am not sure if I did it correct. BTW at first I also tried using update_all script and it took me a whole day to download files into Mister, and it is very similar to my above issue: from the terminal output it seems all roms are downloaded but when I start it, it reports that some files are missing and I could not play the game.

I hope if anyone could help me solve this issue. I appreciate that.

Are you in China? Could it be a VPN problem?

Yes. but I have already turned my VPN on globally, and it actually downloaded several roms. and if it fails to download, I think the terminal should give out infomations.
