How do you add and setup a new game?

Is there any step-by-step instructions on adding an Amiga game for dummies within Mister?
I am talking literally step by step. Currently, I am using the AmigaVision setup and Amiga boots directly to the list of games in a nice interface.
I would love to be able to add Amiga games that aren't included here into the Favorites section for example.

Let's take HERO for example here:

It is available in LHA or ADF.
I'm not sure I know how to even get back to Amiga desktop mode, let alone figure out how to add this game to my library.

just mount the ADF in the menu and reset the Amiga. If you have the correct kickstart rom, chipset setup the disk will autoboot into the game

Okay so just like loading any other ROM? Will give it a try.
