European libcrypt CHD images

For anyone who may be interested, I've archived CHD images for the 223 European libcrypt-protected Redump discs to incorporate proper LSD support without requiring any external files (and thus more perfect preservation of the original disc).
It's a bit pedantic but important for preservation...if that kind of thing interests you, enjoy!
