You need to turn on tho console with UP, 1 and 2 buttons pressed. Then, a maze game lanches.
Its possible to make this on Mister?

Disable Bios in core settings and load this Bios rom manually. No need to press buttons during the power on cycle. Just press Up+Button 1 and 2 at the Sega Bios logo.

There is also a rom out there of just the snail maze game itself.
