Use original arcade lightguns?

Hi All,
pretty new to all things Mister, but wondering if at all possible to use original arcade lightguns with Mister and any of the addons? Have an Area 51 Arcade Cab that I would love to have different lightgun games in using the same guns already there as well as a pair of shotguns I have if the game calls for it. I know its a big ask but thought I'd see if even possible in the future.
