Faulty GPIO?

Hello all - apologies if this is in the wrong forum section but I'm hoping someone can assist me.

My DE-10 nano has developed a fault - Pin 34 on GPIO-0 is shorting to ground.
This causes the SDRAM module to not be detected, but the SDRAM is verifed working OK.

I have used my meter to check around the location and found that there is a component marked A8-JF which is also shorted.
I have attached an image with the two points circled.

I would be very grateful for any suggestion or observations, recommendations for further testing etc.
Thanks in advance.

Dry solder joint maybe?

Terrasic should know, email them with the pic, see if they can help?

I think those are ESD protection diodes.

Probably accidentally took it out with static while changing cards...
