Disabling Vibration and Light Bar for DualShock 4

I can not find any way to disable either of these features either globally or on a per core basis, and searching online and the forum has proved fruitless. The excessive vibration is making many games borderline unplayable.

I loathe the light on the PS4 controller. You can't disable it without physically modifying the controller. I tend to avoid the controller altogether but if it really bugs you, cover it with some tape.

The rumble you will need to disable via the core.
