I have assembled a DE NANO with a Digital IO 2.1 board. Powered with a 5v 4A Meanwell adaptor.
I have left the original Micro SD Card in the Nano to the test Mouse and Keyboard from Terasic.
I power on the lights come on on the DE 10 Nano and the USB lights flash on the HUB at the point where the mouse and keyboard plugged in. The lights go out and the mouse and keyboard doesn't work in the OS it loads. If i add a USB hub to the DE 10 Nano they work, by passing the USB board.

Question. Does the USB hub work only with the Fusion Software is installed. Is this expected at this stage. I have yet created imaged a Fusion microSD yet.

The DE-10 Nano won't do anything until you have written the image to the micro SD. It is worth checking you set the DIP switches to the correct position too.

Thanks for the response. Once I got the fusion software installed in my new Micro SD card and all was good. I amazed by the power of this little unit. Played 1942 and Asteroids. Got confused with the keyboard mappings but i guess its a learning curve.
