Any tips for storing controllers? Wireless isn't an option because I use the Reflex Adapt. Right now I'm just winding each cord around each controller and stacking them on top of each other in a bin along with the adapters.

if you have some wall space (and ideally a 3d printer) the honeycomb wall stuff works well!

Please don't wind the cord around the controller, as this stresses the attachment point to the controller itself. Coil the cord separately and use twist ties (not rubber bands, they will rot and bind to the plastic!) to secure them in the middle, resulting in a sort of bow-tie shape with rounded ends (because folding them completely can also result in internal wire breakage).

I second what Rhester72 said. While I do use twist ties, I tend to break them after repeated uses, so I like to use Velcro/Hook&Loop straps on mine.

Get an Ikea Peg board.
Mine is a bit messy but it should look like this.

I have a few of these around... they are quite versatile for controllers, mice, chargers, etc.
If you look closely each shelf has a little clip to put the cable so it keeps them tidy (and prevents controllers from falling)
