I've been using a Neo Geo stick for arcade cores but I run out of buttons a lot. Any recommendations?

Very low lag is the most important thing for me so I use all of my controllers with the Reflex Adapt, but if there is a good USB stick with incredibly low lag I would use it for this.

How about the Octopus Arcade Stick?

DIY with a pi pico?

Not ready for a DIY controller just yet.
