Hi, after a bit of research I'm quite keen on getting a D3fmod Ironclad Plus, but they're out of stock on the main website. Does anyone know of anywhere else these can be obtained? Willing to consider new or used. Thanks in advance.

You can sign up for stock alerts on the purchase page, drop them an email or message them on Twitter?

Yeah I've signed up for stock alerts - was just wondering if anyone had any info they could share or if anyone was looking to sell one used.

Re: D3fmod Ironclad availability?
I'm not sure what info anyone but the vendor can provide as to availability? They are sold in batches and I'm not aware of any impending batches about to be produced.
I bought one of the earlier versions and use it with a modified mini-ITX case, I'm very pleased with it. However this is quite a cottage-industry; I'm not saying you've missed the boat but there are other options. You may be hard pressed to find one second hand.
JAMMIX has the same form factor, maybe look at that?

His last batch was batch number 8 which was in November 2023. Haven't heard from him since and he no longer responds to emails or Twitter.

Re: D3fmod Ironclad availability?
Yep absolutely did. Got a mt32-pi pro and a HiFi Blaster as well!
Re: D3fmod Ironclad availability?
Love the ironclad, but just one thing, if you want a dual ram setup you lose the hardware reset menu user button functionality (also apparently to some posters, you wont be able to reach that functionality as well via the on/off switch (not sure about ir however)
Now up until now not a huge problem but given that the new Jaguar core enforces dual ram, and maybe will stick to that setup for bandwidth issues, you have to keep this in mind!
I wonder if that would be resolvable with an open pin bridge like we have seen with other boards!! Any ideas!

Re: D3fmod Ironclad availability?
Interesting. I haven't really played with Saturn and Jaguar yet, so dual ram isn't currently a requirement for me, but it may be in the future. Hopefully a solution can be found.

Re: D3fmod Ironclad availability?
I really like how the MT32-Pi PRO Internal Hat can automatically switch the User IO port between MT32-Pi and other devices that are plugged in to the port.
It does lead me to a question, however. I have a SNAX64 from Misteraddons.com (which is fantastic, btw) and I'm planning to do a little case mod and mount it internally in my mini-ITX case, so the four "HDMI" controller ports would be on the front of the case, next to the two existing USB ports and the power button. However, I'm now unsure how I'm going to connect this to the Ironclad.
I'm hoping there will be some kind of internal port or header I can use, and not have to route the "USB" cable outside the case somehow so it can be plugged in to the backplane.
Does anyone know how this would work? Is there an internal UserIO port on the Ironclad or the MT32-Pi PRO?
(If it makes any difference, I'm using this Bewinner Mini ITX case: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0BSL8542Z)
