How to Set Up 12 Hour Clock Format?

I was wondering how can I force my MiSTer FPGA to show 12 hour format instead of 24 hour format

Why? Are you using the MiSTer as your alarm clock?

No but before (i can't remember how) I managed to set up the clock for 12 hours format I do like more that format than the 24 format It's just a personal preference
