MiSTer been running fine for over a year. Ran update.sh, no vga on io board or hdmi after reboot. I can still connect ssh no problem. Update completed kernel upgrade.
EDIT:
Got it working again, here is what I did:
deleted mister.ini and uploaded latest from github and deleted everything in /media/fat/Scripts/.mister_updater/ and re-ran update.sh
