Saturn Picture Vibrates on CRT
I tried Cotton on Saturn and I noticed the intro screens seem to vibrate although the actual gameplay screens are stable. I'm using direct video into a consumer Sony CRT. Has anyone else run into this?

Can you check how Virtua Fighter 2 for example looks?
The description seems like it might be just a higher resolution interlaced picture, the Saturn likes to change resolutions for menu and/or intro stuff.
Those can look a bit like vibrating.
I have 2 crts (20", 14") I notice a similar vibrating screen behavior on Detana Twimbee intro on the 20" but not on the 14" and blamed my tv. Maybe the interlaced picture is less noticeable on the 14" or maybe the 20" is faulty.
Cotton menus are interlaced and gameplay is progressive so your vibration should be normal. Some TV's handle interlaced content better than others.

Open a issue report on Gitthub page of the core.
For Saturn Software making heavy use of the interlaced mode?
