Out of Sync Issue

Hi All,
Hope all is well.
I am trying to get the a0486 core working on a HP E27 monitor via HDMI. I have all cores working, but when I go into this core, I get an out of sync error on the monitor.
I tried to connect this to my TV (Samsung) and it syncs at 720x400 at 26.95khz - 60Hz and it works.
But not on the monitor, I believe the monitor does minimum 31khz. Is there anyway to force the core to use a higher refresh rate?
Appreciate the help with this.

You can set it to output native 70Hz, but I'm not sure whether that will make hsync better or worse.

Thanks for this. How do I do that?

On the on scree menu inside the core, go to Audio & Video, then it's the second option, VSync, you can toggle between 60Hz and Variable, which will make it output the native framerate for each resolution.

Problem is I cant get into the core. As soon as it tries to load, the screen says out of sync error. Is there another way?

Connect it to your TV long enough to make the switch.

The plot thickens.
I have one OG MiSTer, which has the same SD Card + Same Content of the HDD as another MiSTer which is the MisTer PI. I was mucking around with the ini file yesterday on the OG and tried to connect the OG to the TV to go and change this menu item, TV goes blank like out of sync. However on the MiSTer Pi it works.
So what I am doing is copying the .rbf file from the sd card, and content from the A0486 directory to the OG MiSTer overwriting any files, to see if this fixes this.
I have also captured the exact ini settings from the one that works to see if that makes a difference.

Tested, and no go on the OG, but working on the MiSter PI. Do you think I should copy all the SD card data across? In case something is off.

Fixed... Transferred the contents over from the working SD card, and now working 100%.
