Is it possible to:
- Use Scanlines/Filters in the main menu? (the goal is to avoid breaking the illusion of working on a CRT while on the menu)
- Set values for screen positioning in config files, both for the Menu and the remaining cores? (I'm using VGA and even after adjusting the options in the monitor to the MAX the image is still not centered)
