I am new to the Mister. I bought the Saturn (Mini-DIN-10) Premium Universal Video Cable. I cannot get it to work with my CRT tv. I can see the menu but the screen is staticky and moving. What settings do I need to change?

I have the IO direct version of this one.
I have read that it might be because the Mister outputs to PAL and my CRT doesn't support PAL.
MiSTer can output NTSC and PAL.
Have you set your mister.ini file correctly? How about in the core(s) itself?
Try changing sync on your monitor between internal and external.
